- Payment Information: Financial transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal). digiSTORY KC does not store or see your full credit card details.

- Usage Data: Progress through courses, quiz scores, lesson completion states, and time spent on the platform.

Because digiSTORY KC offers programs designed for K-12 students (including grades 4–12), we take children's online privacy very safely and strictly adhere to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
- Direct Registration: Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to create accounts or purchase courses independently.
- Parental/School Accounts: Accounts for students under 13 must be created and managed by a parent, legal guardian, or an authorized educator/school administrator.
- Data Minimization: We do not knowingly collect personal contact information directly from children under 13. Any student projects uploaded to the site are kept secure within the learning portal and are not made publicly searchable without explicit parental consent.
